Receive 5 hours of interactive instructional training and 2 hours of testing.ServSafe Industry Certification upon successfully passing the exam.24 hours prior to the class is NOT enough time to study for the exam. Through our ServSafe training and certification course, you will earn your nationally recognized food safety license by ServSafe. Idaho requires having at least one certified food manager on staff.
